I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking was convenient and hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, as it was very near many good restaurants. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing even we changed the hotel
Fealth carpet ,towels the normal colour is white but their colour were grey,problem in water it was cut without any notice for more than 2 hours, smoking at resturant when you having breakfast,we could not flush the toilet because a piece inside it was broken,a lot more.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. the breakfast offered was delicious with a variety of items to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the city, just a few steps away from some great restaurants and shops.
The room had a bit of wear and tear with some minor maintenance issues. the bathroom fixtures were rusty and the furniture was a bit broken.
